I build AI agents and automations for marketing and operations - from data scraping to finished reports. The main tool is n8n, running on your own server.
Pulling data from external sources and filtering it with a model against your criteria - no scrolling through the feed by hand.
Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram DM - parsing free-form text, routing into the CRM and workflows without manual work. Architecture breakdown.
Automatic tracking of competitors' ads, creatives and activity, with a summary delivered to the channel you prefer.
From CRM and ad accounts into a finished report with CPL, CAC and ROMI by channel. How to build it without Roistat.
Workflows built for the task: webhooks, APIs, connections between services that don't exist out of the box. Workflows from production.
Anonymized cases - the structure and logic are intact, client details are hidden.
I map the current process: what's done by hand, where time and data leak away.
I build a working prototype before full rollout - so you can see whether the idea holds up.
I take the prototype to production: error handling, monitoring, documentation.
I keep the system running and refine it as your needs change.
It depends on how complex the workflow is and how many systems it ties together. A single workflow like automated CRM reporting ships faster than a multi-channel setup with AI qualification. After reviewing the process I give you a fixed timeline and price. I always build a prototype on real data first, so the decision to roll out the full solution is based on facts, not promises.
n8n is an automation builder, similar in logic to Zapier and Make. Three differences: you can self-host it and pay only for the server and external APIs; you can write JavaScript inside a workflow, so there's no ceiling of prebuilt blocks; and AI nodes work natively. For simple two-service connections Zapier is often enough - that's a fine choice, and I'll tell you so honestly. A detailed breakdown with examples.
The automation is deployed on your infrastructure and under your accounts. The workflows, credentials and documentation stay with you - any technical specialist can pick them up. No lock-in to me.
Not right away and not blindly. The agent runs in parallel with your live team and logs every decision - so you can see where it gets things wrong. Handing it the full flow only makes sense once you've reviewed those logs and are happy with the quality.
No. All you need is access to the systems involved in the process and someone on your side who can explain how the work is done today. Setup, error handling and monitoring are my part. If you're not sure where to start, a marketing audit will show you.
Four production workflows, each with its architecture laid out.
Not sure which process to automate first? Start by reviewing your funnel and numbers.
AI agents, cross-channel analytics and automated reporting from the inside.
Describe the process you want to automate - I'll reply with a format and timeline estimate.
