Marketer, 10 years in B2B and B2C. I build marketing as a system - from strategy through to automation. I grew from marketer to head of marketing to marketing director, and put the department together from scratch.
The first layer is strategy and systems work. Positioning, launching new products, entering new markets. Running a marketing team and managing website and advertising contractors: who to hire, what to hold them to, and which numbers tell you the work is actually moving.
The second is trade shows and B2B offline, end to end. Choosing the right show, designing the stand, supervising the build contractor, merchandising, developing demo equipment. Webinars and webinar funnels belong here too, along with work on an educational product in EdTech.
The third is analytics and automation, the focus of recent years. Marketing analytics and dashboards, AI agents for lead qualification and automation on n8n.
I start from one question: which decision can you not make right now because the data isn't there? More often than not the answer turns out to be one spreadsheet once a week, not a platform subscription.
I only automate what already works by hand. If the rules change every time, automation just locks the mess in place.
I talk clients out of it when it won't pay off. Over the past year I turned down two projects I could have taken.
I work with n8n, Cloudflare Workers and D1, Bitrix24 and amoCRM, Yandex Metrica and Yandex Direct, Google Ads, Meta CAPI. On n8n.io I hold verified creator status with three published templates.
I play chess and I run - both do a good job of clearing my head. At home there are three cats, and they consider the desk their territory. Arguing with them is a waste of time.
